About the CEO and Founder
Barry Saiff
Barry Saiff is a successful entrepreneur and a recognized expert in technical writing outsourcing and managing cross-cultural talent. After 26 years of developing software documentation for some of the largest US companies, he moved to the Philippines and founded Saiff Solutions in 2011. Today, Saiff Solutions has grown to employ more than 30 full-time staff.
Barry has 35 years of technical documentation experience, and successfully served major corporations in the US, Japan, and Australia. He has developed documentation for several large US companies, including Oracle, Symantec, IBM, and GE. He led writing teams at 7 companies and hired over 100 writers. He was a key leader in the transition to a unified content strategy and topic-based authoring at Symantec. He has extensive experience in management, corporate leadership, writing, editing, software development processes, content management, localization facilitation, and the tools and technologies that support all of these functions. He has authored hundreds of guides, manuals, online help systems, information databases, articles, and books.
Barry is a technical communications industry thought leader and a frequent speaker at conferences and webinars. He is the author of THE book on technical writing outsourcing: Outsourcing Technical Writing: A Primer, published by XML Press in October, 2018.
Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Princeton University, in Princeton, NJ, and a master of arts degree in international affairs from the School of International Service at the American University, in Washington, DC.

Arthur Camonayan, General Manager
Arthur has 13 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, with diversified roles in quality, coaching, process improvement, and operations management. Arthur has experience managing very large teams, and supporting managers to achieve consistent success. Arthur is proficient in contact center operations, including back office and help desk operations.
Goran Billingskog, Art Director
Goran is a visual communicator with online and offline marketing experience in categories such as food products, financial, technology, non-profit, men's skin care, and packaged goods. He has 15+ years of marketing experience, and a deep understanding of the business aspects of marketing. Goran’s specialties are creative strategy, creative direction, art direction, graphic design, strategic planning, brand development, new product development, and digital and traditional direct response advertising.
Larry Vincent Cagadas, IT Manager
Larry has 13 years of experience in IT, with proven commercial involvement in a variety of organizations, both in the Philippines and abroad. He is proficient in managing large IT installations and multiple types of IT hardware and software. He has extensive expertise in networking, security, and associated methodologies. Larry is experienced in liaising with all levels of management in a business, including expat managers and foreign parent companies.

Alexander Reyes
Alexander is a leader in group facilitation, design thinking, project management, project development, market research, consulting research, and graphic design. Alexander has provided technical and strategic planning support to various sports organizations under the Philippine Olympic Committee. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
Marielle Nadal
Marielle has expertise in social entrepreneurship and social communication. A graphic designer by training with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, she founded Craft MNL to promote and popularize training in native Filipino crafts. She has been involved in all aspects of creative enterprise through a social design agency named Ideals Creatives, which she co-founded in 2006. Marielle has extensive experience in working with development organizations in the Philippines and in Southeast Asia.
Darryl Dobin
Darryl is a marketing and sales executive with 35 years of experience in selling high tech products and services to corporations. Darryl has extensive expertise in Business Relationship Management, the art and science of creating successful partnerships and alliances. He held executive positions in several enterprise software companies as an operational executive, and as a sales and marketing executive in major IT companies such as IBM, Xerox, and Moore. Darryl is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
Bill Saiff
Bill is a senior user experience and product management leader with a unique combination of product management, research, and user-centered design expertise. Over the last 20 years, Bill has introduced best-practice processes, developed high-performance teams, and managed complex projects that develop and bring successful products and services to the market. Bill has demonstrated repeated success in creating effective and innovative products, processes, and organizations. Bill and his partner Lorne Covington founded Noirflux, an innovative company that has developed a ground-breaking platform for large interactive multimedia art installations. Bill is a graduate of Clark University.
